Shipment Duration: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. We aim to deliver orders within India within 7 days and international deliveries within 7-14 days, subject to location,Lead time and courier services.

Signature Requirement: For security purposes, an adult’s signature is required upon delivery of every shipment. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Address Changes: Any changes to the delivery address after order placement is not acceptable.

Delivery Attempts: In case you are not available at the delivery address during the initial delivery attempt, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange a re-delivery with the courier.

Parcel Acceptance: Anyone present at the delivery address can sign for the parcel, provided they can provide proof of identification.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing the courier company details and the AWB no. / Docket no. This will enable you to track your package on the courier company’s website.

Partial Shipments: If certain items in your order are out of stock or unavailable, we may opt for partial shipments.

Out-of-Stock Items: Any out-of-stock items will be shipped separately once they become available.
