Aircraft parts
Availability, condition, documentation, dispatch date, delivery estimate, carrier, Incoterms where applicable, insurance, taxes, duties, and destination responsibilities are confirmed in the written quotation or order. A website enquiry does not reserve stock or create a delivery commitment.
Tracking or airway-bill information is shared after dispatch where available. Inspect packaging and supplied items promptly and report visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies with the invoice, part reference, photographs, and carrier documentation.
Training
Online access details, classroom location, schedule, syllabus, and any course materials are provided according to the approved batch plan. Learners should confirm the current start date and mode with the admissions team before making travel or other commitments.
Documentation services
Documentation deliverables are supplied through the format and channel agreed in the project proposal or statement of work. Milestones, review cycles, source-material responsibilities, acceptance, and final handover are governed by that agreement.
Address changes and delays
Notify Aviano of delivery-address changes before dispatch. Delivery estimates can be affected by sourcing lead time, customs, carrier operations, destination access, customer approvals, or incomplete source information. Aviano will communicate material changes through the relevant sales or project contact.
