Depending on the enquiry, Aviano may collect your name, email address, phone number, city, qualification, college, graduation year, course preference, aircraft-part requirement, documentation-project details, messages, and optional attachments. The website may also receive basic device, browser, security, and request information needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to route and answer enquiries, provide course guidance, review aircraft-parts RFQs, scope documentation projects, prepare quotations or invoices, maintain service records, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations. Marketing communication is sent only where permitted and can be stopped at any time.
Service providers and external channels
Website enquiry forms are delivered through Web3Forms. If you choose WhatsApp, the information included in your message is sent to WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms. The Contact page embeds Google Maps, which may receive technical information when the map is loaded. Aviano does not sell personal information.
Attachments and sensitive information
