Written transaction terms control
Aircraft parts, training programmes, and documentation projects have different commercial and delivery conditions. The quotation, order, enrolment form, invoice, or project agreement issued for your transaction contains the applicable cancellation, return, replacement, and refund terms and takes priority where it is more specific.
Training
Before payment, Aviano will communicate the applicable batch start date, delivery mode, fees, and cancellation or rescheduling conditions. If Aviano cancels a paid batch and cannot provide an agreed alternative, the unused eligible amount will be refunded. Learner-initiated withdrawal, non-attendance, transfer, or rescheduling requests are reviewed under the written enrolment terms and according to services already delivered or costs already committed.
Aircraft parts
Do not return an aircraft part without written return authorisation. Eligibility depends on the quotation and order terms, supplied condition, traceability or documentation, inspection findings, time since delivery, and whether the item was specially sourced. Incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming deliveries should be reported promptly with the invoice, part reference, packaging evidence, and photographs.
Documentation services and digital deliverables
Documentation projects are reviewed against the approved scope, milestones, source inputs, review history, and accepted deliverables. Payments for completed and accepted work are generally not refundable. A cancellation request is assessed against work completed and non-recoverable commitments.
Requesting a review
For aircraft-parts RFQs, invoices, returns, or order questions, contact sales@aviano.in. For training or other requests, contact enquiry@aviano.in. Include the invoice, order, enrolment, or project reference and the reason for the request. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
